Let's Quilt- Workshop #1

Ideal for beginners, this class is a comprehensive introduction to machine quilting on a domestic machine. Includes quilt preparation, batting information, thread choice, pinning, walking foot , ideal stitch lengths, tensions, starting and stopping. Only one spot available currently.

Let's Quilt -Workshop #2

The perfect introduction to free motion quilting. Deb breaks down free motion designs into manageable portions that everyone can replicate. Technique is very important, and Deb will help each student to perfect the art of free motion quilting. It is very liberating.

Keyline Quilting -Workshop #6

keyline quilting looks like applique but is actually a clever use of quilting and colouring with pencils. In class the following techniques will be explored:

-The design process

-Quilting the keyline

-Quilting the background with free motion fillers

-Colouring technique

A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking a class. If you cancel at least four weeks prior to class the fee can be refunded, or moved to another class. If you cancel with less than four weeks notice, the fee will be forfeited, as we will have confirmed with the teacher and other students by this stage. It will be too late to cancel the teacher and disrupt the balance of the students.
